Upper body-wise I am a small person, but I ordered a medium because I did not know if it would shrink. I like my tops comfortable but not tight. The mediums were a little large for me, so I washed them in hot water. They did not fade, but they shrunk enough for me. Looks like the lower end quality of polo shirts but o.k. for the under $7 sale price.
